Sherwood is a great area with lots to offer. You can spend a leisurely afternoon exploring. Stop by the Crimson Tree for a spot of lunch, head to Ginza Teppanyaki for dinner and finish the evening at Hugo’s. From here, you’ll be with east reach to head back home. This three-bedroom semi detached home sits on a quite residential street in the sought after area. Showcasing a bright and contemporary feel throughout the home with the Interior decor and furnishings designed to match. Statement furnishings with the bedroom furniture and luxe dining table. The spacious living room consists of a plush L shaped sofa bed. The large kitchen is fully stocked and houses a large dining table with seating for 4 guests. At the rear, there’s an enclosed garden with some mature lush green shrubbery. The bedrooms are all a great size here as is the clean and airy family bathroom. Other details to note: Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
