There is an additional bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, and a shower over the bath, plus a towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven/hob, sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs, perfect for meals. In the living room, you'll find a sofa that converts into a sofabed, drawers, an armchair, a pouffe, a chest of drawers, and two coffee tables—creating a comfortable space to relax and unwind. Outside, there’s a small enclosed pebbled area with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
