One of two newly refurbished apartments, this one bedroom high end apartment is located right in the heart of Nottingham city centre, just off the market square. Situated within an immaculately refurbished listed building, the property has retained its original Victorian fireplaces and other period features. You can immediately see how much time and effort has gone into creating a stunning apartment with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The bedroom features a beautifully presented double pocket sprung bed and plenty of space for your luggage. The open plan living area features a comfy sofa which can be transformed into a cosy bed for extra guests, a 43” widescreen smart television, and a dining table for eating in. This leads into a fully fitted kitchen with brand new white units, black quartz worktops and all the appliances you’ll need including a Nespresso coffee machine. A range of delicious fair trade biscuits and hot drinks are provided, along with fresh or soya milk. There is a modern shower room and cruelty free, fairtrade toiletries are provided. Fresh soft white bath sheets are provided for each guest.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
