WiFi is included for your convenience. With three bedrooms, this home includes two doubles and one bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed. There’s a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, and a living room with a smart TV and 3-seater sofa bed for extra guests. We kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entering the property and place them in the shoe cabinet provided. This helps keep the home clean and protects the carpets, especially during the winter months, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable and well-kept space. Make yourself at home! With easy access to your personal Netflix account, entertainment is just a click away. And when it's time to say goodbye, sign out with ease. Just a reminder, aerial service is not available. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
