Located on the 3rd floor, this 3-bedroom apartment features a double bed with ensuite in the master, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a small double in the third. A family bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate WC, ensures convenience for all. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, and relax in the living room on the L-shaped sofa, complete with a coffee table and tower fan for added comfort. A Z-bed is available to comfortably accommodate additional guest when needed. We’ve provided toiletries and essentials for your arrival. If they run out, pick up what you need from nearby shops.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention). Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
