Public transport is readily available, with bus and tram services nearby, and the train station within walking distance. Inside, you’ll find free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with aerial, and comfortable sleeping arrangements, a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. On the fourth floor this upper-floor apartment is accessed via stairs. While it may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns, Flats 1 or 2 offer a great alternative within the same building. The apartment features a double bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathroom includes a shower over the bath, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes a dining table with four chairs. In the living area, you’ll find a 2-seater sofa bed and a Smart TV, making it a great space to unwind after a busy day. Please note: As the apartment is centrally located on a busy street, some noise is to be expected. Make yourself at home! To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
