Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. All properties have 24-hour external CCTV surveillance. If you break any of the above, we will ask you to vacate the premises without any refund for unused nights whatsoever, and drug-related and/or serious crimes will be reported to the police.
