Parking: There is no private parking included. A secure pay-and-display car park is located directly opposite, with free on-street parking available nearby (subject to availability). Smart TVs: TVs are set up for streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video) using your own accounts. Live TV is not provided. Infants: A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding. Larger Groups: We have a second apartment in the same building, which may be available for larger group bookings. Longer Stays: Discounts are available for longer stays, contractors, and relocations — we regularly host working professionals and extended bookings. Parties are not permitted in the property.£500 will be charged in the event of a party in the property. For any items damaged or removed, the full amount of each items will be charged. Your payment card may be debited or pre-authorised once the cancellation deadline is passed. This is a no pet property due to management company requirements. Upon arrival- you have 30 mins to ensure you are happy with the property. After this time you are accepting the property and its condition. If anything is unsatisfactory we offer a visit from the cleaning and maintenance team to rectify the issue, or a full refund and cancellation of the booking. We do not offer compensation or discounts.
