Enjoy reliable Wi‑Fi throughout the property, keeping you connected during your stay. Free on‑street parking adds extra convenience, making arrivals and outings simple. Two bedrooms have double beds, and two have twin singles, giving flexibility for all guests. The bathroom offers both bath and shower, and the kitchen is ready for cooking together. The dining space doubles as entertainment with a pool table, bench and darts board, while the living room provides two sofa beds for extra sleeping space. Make yourself at home! Stream your favourite shows by logging into your own Netflix account — just don’t forget to sign out before you leave. Please note, there’s no aerial service. We’ve provided toiletries and essentials for your arrival — if they run out, simply pick up what you need from nearby shops.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre-check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 18+ years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
