The property features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, a cosy and modern living room ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the coast, and a full family bathroom with fresh towels provided. Located in the heart of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, you’ll enjoy a comfortable home-from-home experience just minutes from the beach, local cafés, restaurants, pubs, and scenic coastal walks along the beautiful Northumberland coastline. With fantastic cafés, traditional pubs, seafood restaurants, family attractions, and some of the best beaches in Northumberland nearby, our cottage is the perfect base for coastal holidays, weekend breaks, family stays, and romantic getaways. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
