Nestled by Alderfen Broad in the heart of The Norfolk Broads National Park, Alderfen View’s fabulous location offers easy access to local beaches, and family attractions such as BeWILDerwood and Wroxham Barns! Ideal for families seeking a tranquil break to re-charge with bike rides, boat trips, and wildlife walks. Small dogs are most welcome with prior agreement. The Space The expansive living room is perfect for relaxation, with a selection of comfy sofas for family movie nights. The space offers lovely views of the garden and pool, ideal for unwinding after a day of swimming and sunbathing. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area come with all the essentials, including a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are in the utility room. The dining table seats ten, with room for two more at the breakfast bar—perfect for family meals together. Alderfen View offers five inviting bedrooms designed for a peaceful night’s sleep. On the ground floor, you'll find a twin and a large double bedroom, while upstairs, there are three spacious king-size bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The ground floor includes a convenient shower room and a separate W/C. Upstairs, there's a bright family bathroom featuring a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and sink. Bath towels are provided. The spacious garden at Alderfen View is perfect for outdoor games and alfresco dining. The heated pool, open from 23rd May to 30th September, is a highlight. Guest Access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Small well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at some areas of the property. Alderfen View’s spacious garden provides room for outdoor games and alfresco dining.
