The heart of the home is a private neon-lit games room glowing with purple and blue lighting. Challenge your group to a frame of pool, take on Street Fighter II on the arcade machine, play your favourite tracks on the retro jukebox, or aim for a bullseye on the dartboard. Beyond the games room, the house offers two generous living areas. The main lounge has a large sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding after a session at the pool table, while a second cosy living space gives the group room to spread out. The dining area comfortably seats everyone for a sit-down meal, and the fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group, including an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and washing machine. Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to eight across a mix of double and single beds, and the stylish bathroom is fitted with a heated towel rail, walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. With blazing-fast wifi throughout and a dedicated workspace, the Game Zone works brilliantly for contractors and business stays as well as sociable weekends away. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £110 extra fee per week.
