The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size hob and fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, giving you everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy a comfortable stay. Guests will also have a private bathroom and exclusive access to the entire apartment, offering plenty of space, privacy, and everything you need to feel at home.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). This accommodation is located within a hotel-style building where each room, studio, or apartment is privately occupied. Guests have exclusive use of their own accommodation. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
