Two large cosy blankets are provided for relaxed evenings on the sofa. The open-plan layout flows into a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances such as a toaster, microwave, a programmable electric coffee machine, as well as a manual coffee maker for guests who prefer it. Ground coffee is also provided. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and feature mattress toppers. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed made up of two single beds joined together, with a king-size duvet and topper. The second bedroom includes two single beds, each with its own single duvet and topper. For added comfort during cooler periods, each bedroom is equipped with an electric oil radiator. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
