Located on 2nd floor, no lift. The Space About the flat This 2-bedroom maisonette is a generous size across two floors. On the first floor of the flat, you have a WC, living and dining room, and kitchen. On the second floor, you have two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The flat is located in a council estate on the 2nd floor and there is no lift (32 stairs). Bedrooms Each room is dressed with comfortable bedding, 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person, and has darkening curtains. One bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, while the other has a standard wardrobe. Both bedrooms have comfortable zip-and-link super king beds. If you are travelling as a group or prefer not to share a bed, this is a great option as we can divide the beds into two single beds upon request. Kitchen The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It is very well equipped with spices, oil, coffee, toaster, hand blender, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Living room In the beautifully laid-out living and dining area, with a 45-inch TV with Netflix, you will find a comfortable large sofa bed that sleeps the 5th person. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The dining area has a glass dining table with 5 chairs. Bathrooms The first bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a toilet and sink only. The second bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a bath with shower. This is great for groups, so you don't have to wait for each other. Baby cot We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm) with mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months. Please request it in advance and we will have it ready for you. Parking Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Please request parking in advance. Sundays are free. Area Please note that the flat is situated on a London council estate. The location is safe, well connected, and reflects everyday London life rather than a traditional tourist area. Guest Access The flat is located on the second floor. Guests will need to climb 32 steps to get to the flat : There is no lift Additional Information Last minute booking - check-in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already). No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience, so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house). No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. We professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels.
