Kitchen & Dining Area • A separate kitchen with integrated appliances and space for dining, arranged to suit both everyday use and longer stays. Bedroom • A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and storage, positioned away from the main living space. Bathroom • A modern bathroom fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower. Outdoor Space • Private garden space with seating, suitable for outdoor use during warmer months. Guest Access The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay. If you are accustomed to larger international bed sizes, please review the bed configuration carefully prior to booking to ensure it meets your needs. • Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-ins after 8pm may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee. • All guests are required to complete our online check-in form ahead of arrival. This allows us to confirm lead guest details and supports a smooth and secure check-in process. • Our minimum age requirement for the lead guest is 28. Bookings that do not meet this requirement may be subject to additional review prior to confirmation, and we may request supporting documentation where appropriate.
