Unwind in the bath after a long day of exploring, fresh white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and soap) are always provided. Washer, iron and ironing board included, so you'll always look the part, whether you're out sightseeing or heading to a meeting. We want your London stay to be truly comfortable. Full address and access details will be provided prior to arrival. The property is remote-access — no contact required on arrival or departure. Please keep keys safe. A £60 call-out fee applies if keys are locked inside, and lost keys will be charged at full lock replacement cost. The apartment is professionally cleaned between every stay. All linen and towels are freshly laundered for each guest. Please be respectful of our neighbours — no parties and no excessive noise during antisocial hours. A £250 fee applies for any breach of house rules. Persistent noise complaints will be referred to the local council. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
