This studio apartment has a sofa bed in the living room, which makes up the main living quarters, in addition there are two single beds in alcoves off the wall. Please note the sofa bed will not be set up unless it is previously requested at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The fee for a sofa bed set-up is £72 inc VAT. Per 5 nights. Situated between Kensington High Street and Notting Hill, there are countless options for cafes, delis, boutiques restaurants, bars etc. Located right in the heart of Notting Hill, the flat is near to stunning natural spots Holland Park and the Kyoto Garden. It is also a five minute walk from Electric Cinema, one of the oldest working cinemas in the country. If you're in the mood for shopping, browse the world famous Portobello Market, which is just minutes away. It is also very close to Kensington Olympia, perfect for business travellers! The famous Westfield Shopping Centre is just 10 minutes by bus or a pleasant 20 min walk away. The excellent shops, restaurants and transport facilities of both Holland Park Avenue and Kensington High Street are within easy walking distance. Holland Park Underground station is on the Central Line providing access to the West End and the City. The quintessentially British architecture in Notting Hill is well worth seeing, perhaps en route to Portobello Market or wonderful Westbourne Grove. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.
