Guest Access The entire apartment is yours for your stay — a private, self-contained top-floor loft behind a secure front door in a handsome stucco-fronted Victorian terrace. You'll have full use of the open-plan living room and kitchen, the bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. Entry is by self check-in via a key safe, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor with stair access only (no lift) — worth bearing in mind if you're travelling with heavy luggage. A refundable security deposit of £350 may be required depending on circumstances, refunded within 5 working days of checkout. Interaction with Guests We want your stay to feel seamless and entirely your own. This is a self-check-in home, and we're a message away whenever you need us — local recommendations, help with an appliance, or anything unexpected. Sofa bed & bedding — one double sofa bed in the living room, in addition to the four-poster. If you'd like it made up, a one-time £15 linen fee covers cleaning and laundry — just let us know before arrival. Pet-friendly — we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet per booking. A pet fee applies: £45/night for 1–7 nights; £360 flat for 8–29 nights; £720 flat for 30+ nights. Only guests included in the booking may enter the property. Breaching this rule will incur a £350 charge. 4. If more guests stay overnight than stated in the booking, there will be a £350 charge. Cleanliness & check-out 5. If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge £40 for every extra hour of cleaning required. 6. If guests delay cleaners from starting at the scheduled checkout time: • £50 fee for any late checkout between 11am–1pm • After 1pm, a full extra night will be charged (unless late checkout has been pre-approved). Security & damages 7. Lost keys will incur a £150 replacement fee. 8. Guests must report anything dangerous or potentially damaging immediately. 9. Guests are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. By booking, guests accept all risks. Extra services & fees 10.
