The Space As you enter through the private entrance on the ground floor, you’re immediately drawn to the three main living spaces: the kitchen, the elegant reception room, and the view out to the private Mediterranean garden. The kitchen is a beautifully crafted centerpiece, with exceptional finishes and high-quality materials. The reception room is an elegant space, with large windows overlooking the front of the house. A few steps down, you reach the serene Mediterranean private garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. A few steps further lead to the bedroom level, with two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and another bathroom with a bathtub. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated by the owner, creating a beautifully refined home. Guest Access Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time. The Neighborhood Clapham is a vibrant and sought-after pocket of London, known for its village charm and lively atmosphere. Just a short stroll away, you’ll find independent cafés, boutique shops, and a range of restaurants and bars, all set around the green spaces of Clapham Common. There is a CCTV camera at the entrance and smoke and noise sensors throughout the house.
