CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This newly refurbished studio apartment comprises the entire lower ground floor of this beautifully restored Grade two listed Georgian terraced house. With 3-metre-high ceilings, large sash windows enable plenty of natural light to enter the studio. This studio has been lovingly refurbished by an interior designer, and the attention to detail is apparent throughout, with stylish furniture and contemporary touches providing a lovely temporary home. The Space The kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals and stocked at the start of your stay with basic essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee & granola. The studio is fitted with a flat-screen Smart TV and blackout blinds, however, please do bear in mind if you are a light sleeper there can inevitably be noise from the street when in London. The large bathroom is an En-suite with bath and shower and towels and premium soaps/shampoos are provided. Complementary WiFi is included throughout the building. The building is located on the main road so it is to note that there is street noise. We have 4 other similar apartments within the building, so if this unit is not available or if you may prefer a different apartment, let us know! Guest Access Guests will have access to the front door, hallways, stairs and the apartment. Interaction with Guests Guests will be asked to check themselves in, unless requested or agreed otherwise. We will be available throughout your stay should you need us to make you stay more comfortable. The Neighborhood Located in the heart of central London and two minutes walk from Angel Underground station, you are ideally positioned with London’s main tourist sites, the City financial district and vibrant East London on all sides. Our favourite dining spots in Exmouth Market and Camden Passage are just a very short walk away! Additional Information The washing machine is located in a cupboard as you turn right out of the apartment and then right again. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor so there is one flight of stairs down to enter the apartment. The apartment is located on a main road so street noise is inevitable.
