To ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay, we have a strict no-party policy and do not tolerate any disruptive behaviour that may affect the property or its surroundings. This includes the use of illegal substances or any activities that disturb the peace or cause damage. To maintain a harmonious environment, we utilise a Minut device in the property. This device monitors noise levels (measured in decibels) and smoking, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Please note that this device does not record or capture conversations, only the sound levels in decibels. Should any issue arise, we will issue up to three warnings over a one-hour period. If the issue is not resolved, we will unfortunately have to ask you to vacate the property immediately, and no refunds will be provided. Please be aware that a £100 security call-out fee applies for manned intervention, along with an additional £75 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
