Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted within the apartment. Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment. Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the apartment, its furnishings, fixtures and equipment throughout their stay. Any damage, breakages or missing items should be reported to Roomspace as soon as possible. Charges may apply where damage is caused by the guest or their visitors. Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly apartments and must be agreed with Roomspace in advance. Additional charges may apply. Where parking is provided, guests must only use their allocated parking space and comply with any property-specific parking restrictions. Guests must not engage in any illegal or antisocial activity within the apartment or building. Fire and safety equipment must not be tampered with , covered, removed or disabled. Guests should ensure the apartment is secure when leaving , including closing windows and locking doors. Keys, fobs and access devices must be kept secure and returned in accordance with the departure instructions. Charges may apply for lost or unreturned keys/fobs. Guests must follow any building-specific rules and instructions provided by Roomspace or the building management. Roomspace reserves the right to terminate a stay where there is a serious or repeated breach of the house rules or booking terms .
