Our fully furnished self-contained apartment features an open planned kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room area that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment’s master bedroom is en-suite and next to it is a separate storage room which is ideal for tucking away suitcases, shopping bags, and other bits and pieces. The serviced apartment is located in Queensbury, London, and is within 15mins tube ride on the jubilee line to Oxford Street, the heart of London’s shopping paradise. Please note that the final cleaning fee is subject to change based on the total number of guests, the duration of the stay, and the presence of any pets at the property. This is to ensure the property is maintained to our high standard after all bookings. Security Deposit: The standard Security Deposit is GBP150 , but the required amount may vary. The deposit amount is subject to change and will be determined based on the total number of guests, the duration of the stay, and whether pets are present during the booking. The specific amount will be confirmed to you upon guest enquiry. Please note that the security deposit is refundable after checking out, subject to an inspection of the property. The security deposit may also be used to offset any other additional costs (damages, overstay, lost and/or damaged items, late returns).
