The ground floor is enhanced by striking grey laminate flooring, while the upper floor is fully carpeted, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. As you enter the front door, the living room is a welcoming space with a comfortable corner sofa. A flat-screen TV is provided, offering both terrestrial channels and Smart TV features for streaming your favourite apps. Sharing the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats your group with a wooden dining table and chairs for all guests, complemented by decorative flowers. The large window adds plenty of light to the space framed by the light interior walls, making the space even more inviting. This space is also home to the modern kitchen, fully equipped for cooking at home, with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. Up one flight of stairs from the front door, you'll find two bedrooms. Both bedrooms include a comfortable bed. Both rooms have windows with views of the neighbourhood and are equipped with storage space for your belongings. The family bathroom is located on the same floor, featuring a modern design with a bathtub and overhead shower, WC, and wash basin.
