The Space This modern 5 bedroom apartment is located in Ropewalks moments from buzzing Liverpool Central with the city's buzzing nightlife on your doorstep! With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen living area, this flat is perfect for up to 12 guests looking for a trendy city escape to enjoy Liverpool's nightlife. The flat is located on the second floor of a private apartment building and has stunning contemporary wooden flooring and neutral decor throughout. The apartment is spacious with 5 bedrooms, each fitted with two single beds, a combined kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. The open plan kitchen is an impressive space with a welcoming living area, which has a widescreen TV and a sofa bed which folds out to make a double. There is a lovely dining area which seats 6 comfortably at a modern bench table, so when you’re not out and about sampling the restaurants on your doorstep, enjoy dining in. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook at home, with an oven, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dishwasher should you need it. Guest Access Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building. Interaction with Guests We give our guests total privacy however we are available via Airbnb, the phone or at our office if needed. The Neighborhood These apartments are located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts and just around the corner from Bold St with tonnes of restaurants. You have Shipping Forecast just over the road who do a great Sunday roast, The Merchant gin bar two minutes away and Pedros bar & late-night pizzeria too! Additional Information We host stag and hen parties in this apartment. We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. Additional rules: • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
