Bedroom: - Fitted with a Double bed for 2 Guests. - Features 1 Single Sofa-Bed. Kitchen: - Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Oven, and much more! Bathroom: - The Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower, Toilet and Basin. Home Truth: Please note that this apartment is a beautiful, stylish and central base, but comes with some background noise due to its proximity to the nightlife area! If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the apartment for you! Guest Access You will have full access of the property at all times. The Neighborhood This apartment is located in Liverpool's nightlife district, close to the historic Jacaranda venue where the Beatles first played, even before gaining their fame! If you are looking for excellent restaurants and bars, this apt. is an excellent base and is near many wonderful places such as: - Wreckfish Bistro, for delicious bistro-style food. - The Merchant, for splendid drinks and delicious pizza! - The Red Lion Pub - a new bar with tons of character. - Down The Hatch, for vegan food at its finest. The apt. is just a 5-minute walk from some of the city's main attractions such as The Bombed Out Church and not far at all from the Liverpool Cathedral, the 4th Largest church in the world! It is also just a 4-minutes walk to Liverpool One and roughly a 15-minute walk to the picturesque and iconic waterfront! Visit Bold Street, just a 2-minute walk away and well known as one of the most extravagant Streets in Liverpool, offering a considerable variety of different cuisines from all over the world. Additional Information **Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.** Other Things to note: The apartment is not suitable for parties or events. We do host hen and stag groups in this apartment, though ask the apartment is left in a good state. We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. Additional rules: • Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
