Welcome to our lovely Top-Floor 2-Bed Apartment in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter! This top floor apartment is a perfect base for Couples looking to explore or visit Family and Friends and Corporate Guests visiting for business. Tucked away on the top floor with the view of the Georgian Quarter and the Anglican Cathedral! Enjoy 2-beautiful bedrooms, an open plan Kitchen and a comfortable Living Area. *We kindly ask you to read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* The Space Apartment Sleeps 6: Living room: • Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • A Double Sofa Bed for up to 2 Guests Bedroom 1: • Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 guests • Fitted with a large Smart TV Bedroom 2: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests * Secondary glazing window have been recently installed for our front-facing bedrooms to improve sound proofing and guest experience* Kitchen: • Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more. Bathroom: • Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin. Although it has some rather steep steps to climb, this Georgian-style space will give you an unexpected view of the neighbourhood, plus the biggest Cathedral in Europe! **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given** Guest Access Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space. This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted. Please note that there are 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment. Interaction with Guests We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood This apartment is nestled in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, near the iconic St Luke’s Church, locally known as ‘The Bombed Out Church,’ which frequently hosts events like open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more. If you are looking for some great restaurants near the apartment - visit Hope Street, a stone's throw away and explore the many different places it has to offer. The Georgian Quarter is home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool, including both the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and also The Philharmonic Hall, ideal for those looking to gain some historical knowledge. If you are looking to head into the bustling City Centre, this is just a short walk away - or you can even hop on the bus, making this the perfect location for all different interests and occasions! Additional Information The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is located on the top floor (is up 4 narrow staircases). Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 15:00 to 02:00 Check-out: until 10:00

Additional rules: • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
