Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The family bathroom features a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, perfect for quick bites or casual meals. After a day of exploring, unwind in the living area with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing in comfort. Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. If you find these items running low before your departure, we kindly ask you to pick up replacements from nearby shops, as we don't offer replenishment services.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
