Description

A cosy one-bedroom house on Atha Street, Leeds, with the whole place to yourselves - no shared spaces, no other guests. There's a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking properly, and a living room with a smart TV. Fast WiFi runs throughout the house. A compact, comfortable base for couples or solo travellers. House rules: quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and visitors are welcome as long as numbers stay under double what's booked and things stay quiet after 10pm.

For your comfort and peace of mind, we carry out pre check-in checks at all of our properties. Our property and business insurance requires these measures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you. A holding deposit of £50 is also taken at the time of check. This remains in your bank account pending balance and is automatically released 4 working days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and all house rules have been followed.
