The apartment also offers easy access to the M1 and M62, is well connected to public transport, and Leeds Train Station is only 15 minutes on foot or a 5-minute taxi ride. In the bedroom, you’ll find a cosy double bed, perfect for a restful night after a day exploring Leeds. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped with a shower for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area includes a table and two chairs, and the living area offers a comfy two-seater sofa, Smart TV, and floor-standing fan for warmer days. This apartment combines comfort and practicality, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay while being perfectly located to enjoy all that Leeds has to offer. Make yourself at home! Stream your favourite shows by logging into your own Netflix account — just don’t forget to sign out before you leave. Please note, there’s no aerial service. We’ve provided toiletries and essentials for your arrival — if they run out, simply pick up what you need from nearby shops.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
