This room also features a cosy kitchenette, complete with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a sink, electric hobs, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror, and towel rail. Next door, the second bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a mirror, and a chest of drawers. It also includes the added comfort of its own en-suite bathroom, featuring a refreshing shower, mirror, and towel rail. The third bedroom offers a similarly inviting atmosphere, featuring a double bed, a bedside table, a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a lamp. For added convenience, there is also a well-appointed communal bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, mirror, and towel rail. The spacious kitchen-living area is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and sink, making it easy to cook and entertain. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
