A two-bedroom flat in a quiet, leafy part of North Leamington, with its own parking space and a desk for laptop work. The town centre is about 18 minutes on foot, and The Fat Pug just 2. The super king splits into two singles, so three colleagues can have a bed each, and couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 4. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more. The Space The lounge has a smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge and a freezer, and there's a washing machine. Sleeping arrangement: - Bedroom 1: super king bed, which splits into two singles - Bedroom 2: double bed The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower. A travel cot and a high chair are there if you need them. The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels. Guest Access The whole flat is yours, on the first floor. It has its own parking space, with visitor spaces as well. Interaction with Guests Our guest team is on hand throughout your stay. Message us whenever you need anything and we'll reply quickly. The Neighborhood The Fat Pug is round the corner, a 2 minute walk, and the Star & Garter on Warwick Street 8, with a menu that changes with the seasons. Fizzy Moon Brewhouse, The White Horse, Fox & Vivian and the Royal Pug are 14 to 19 minutes on foot in town. Jephson Gardens and the river are about 20 minutes away. By car, Warwick Castle is 6 minutes away. Additional Information The flat is on the first floor.
