It's been lived in and loved, so you'll find the odd scuff, mark and little imperfection here and there. But don't let that put you off! It's comfortable, practical, full of character and comes with everything you need to settle in and make yourself at home. The Space Step inside and you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, perfect for family dinners, lazy evenings on the sofa or debating what to watch on TV. French doors open straight onto the private garden, bringing in plenty of natural light and making it easy to enjoy a bit of fresh air. The large separate kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, or simply heat up last night's takeaway. No judgement here! There's also a handy downstairs loo, saving everyone the trip upstairs. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. Two are doubles, with one lucky bedroom enjoying its very own en-suite shower room. The third bedroom features clever zip-link beds, meaning you can have two singles or one king-size bed, depending on who's joining you. There's also a modern family bathroom, so hopefully no morning queues for the shower! A Garden for Everyone (Including the Dog!) Step outside into your own private garden, complete with a patio that's perfect for a morning cuppa, an evening drink or simply enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. There's also a shed for extra storage, and yes, well-behaved pets are welcome! After all, why should the four-legged family members miss out on the holiday? Parking? Sorted! No need to circle the block looking for somewhere to leave the car. The property comes with two allocated parking spaces, plus additional free residential parking nearby. Handy if you're travelling with more than one car or have visitors popping over. If you enjoy getting outdoors, you're in luck! The beautiful Basingstoke Canal and Brookwood Country Park are nearby, offering lovely walking routes, fresh air and plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs (or the dog's!). And when you fancy a little more action, Woking town centre is within easy reach, with shops, restaurants, cafés and entertainment to keep everyone busy. Both Brookwood and Woking railway stations are accessible from the property, making trips into London and the surrounding Surrey towns nice and straightforward. We like to keep things real.
