It isn’t a pristine show home or a five-star hotel, but it is comfortable, welcoming and fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay or a few months. The kitchen is ready for proper family dinners, the garden is perfect for morning coffees and sunny afternoons, and with four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, there should hopefully be no arguments over who gets the shower first. Richmond Park is practically your rather enormous back garden, with more than 2,500 acres to explore. Head out for a morning run, pack a picnic, enjoy a long family walk or see if you can spot the park’s famous deer. Back at the house, you can escape the London bustle in your own private garden — a lovely spot for al fresco dinners or simply putting your feet up at the end of the day. One important thing to know before booking: there is no parking included with the property. On-street parking in the immediate area is permit-controlled, and no parking permit is provided with your stay, so please don’t arrive assuming you’ll be able to park outside the house.
