BATHROOM The hallway bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. LOCATION The flat is on the second floor of a town-centre building and is reached through a communal entrance and staircase. Please note that there is no lift and no dedicated parking. CLEANING Your comfort and hygiene are our priority. The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with fresh linen and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linen can be arranged on request for an additional fee. Guest Access Guests have private use of the entire flat. Self check-in and check-out provide flexibility around arrival times. Full access instructions, including secure entry details, are provided shortly before arrival once online check-in has been completed. Please note that the flat is on the second floor and is accessed via a communal entrance and staircase. There is no lift. Additional Information HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING As a professional host, we use a simple guest-verification process to protect both guests and the property. ✓ Online check-in Before arrival, the lead guest must complete secure online check-in, agree to the Guest Terms and Conditions and provide valid photo ID. ✓ Security deposit or damage waiver Guests can choose between a fully refundable GBP 250 security deposit or a GBP 15 per-night non-refundable damage waiver, capped at GBP 65. All steps are completed securely online before arrival. Access: The flat is on the second floor via a communal staircase. There is no lift. Parking: There is no dedicated parking at the property. Guests should use available public parking in Kendal. Exact recommendations will be supplied in the guest portal once confirmed. Pets: Pets are not permitted. Smoking and vaping: Strictly prohibited inside. A GBP 1,000 charge may apply where evidence requires specialist cleaning or remediation. Parties: The property is not suitable for parties or gatherings. Breaches may result in removal without refund, with associated costs deducted from the security deposit. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours between 22:00 and 07:00. Stays of 14 nights or longer require additional housekeeping at an extra charge every fortnight.
