This property offers a practical and relaxed setting for families, workers, or small groups. The home features three bedrooms, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. With plenty of natural light and essential amenities throughout, it’s designed to meet your everyday needs for a short or extended stay. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, The Darwin Grove provides a convenient and comfortable base in Hartlepool. Maximum 12pm. Interaction with Guests Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Seaton Carew beach is also just a short drive away — a popular spot for walking, relaxing, or enjoying the sea air. Guests staying at 8 Darwin Grove will also find themselves close to Hartlepool’s main attractions, such as the Hartlepool Marina, the National Museum of the Royal Navy, and local cafes and restaurants. It's a well-connected and practical location for both short stays and longer visits. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
