The Space Parkside Villa is a newly renovated home located in the heart of Harrogate. The villa has been expertly designed and styled with high spec fixtures and fittings and luxury interiors. Designed with hens and brides in mind. If you are looking for a feminine house perfect for pre wedding celebrations or the ideal hen party house, Parkside Villa Is for you. Featuring seven bedrooms, sleeping up to fourteen guests, six stylish bathrooms, a spacious living room, an open plan kitchen and dining room and a fabulous beauty room, this unique property is a must stay. The ground floor is home to the living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. Both bedrooms are home to luxurious king size beds, dressed in fresh white linens and plush pillows, you are guaranteed a comfortable rest. The cool and stylish living room is the perfect place to socialise with your loved ones. This spacious room features two comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV. Head up to the first floor and you’ll arrive at the ultra-modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area. With stone blue wooden cabinets and fully equipped with modern appliances you can prepare home cooked meals for all your guests or call a private chef and enjoy an in-home dining service. The dining area features a large dining table and seating for all guests. With a foliage and neon light feature wall this space is the perfect spot for taking social selfies. The third and fourth bedrooms are both king rooms which can be re-configured to twin rooms if you prefer. Both of these rooms feature ensuite shower rooms. Head to the second floor and you’ll find another three king-size bedrooms. One master suite with ensuite shower room, with the remaining bedrooms sharing the family bathroom which features a bath, shower, WC and basin. The second floor is where you will find the unique beauty room. Simply styled with a bespoke style dressing table, high stools and four individual mirrors, you have the ideal space for preparing yourself for special events. If modern styling and luxury interiors are what you are looking for, Parkside Villa is the holiday home for you. Guest Access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Private on-site parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Parkside Villa. Interaction with Guests We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
