Boasting a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining space, Apartment 1, Dane Court has been lovingly renovated to create a tranquil and stunning place to stay. The Space Newly refurbished to a high standard, Apartment 1, Dane Court features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a king bedroom, and a modern bathroom. Perfect for couples and solo travellers, you'll have everything you could need here for a relaxing self-catering stay. The apartment entrance leads to the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Featuring a large chaise lounge sofa, a sleek wall-mounted Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace, it’s the perfect definition of a cosy getaway. In the dining area, you'll find a round wooden table and two velvet grey chairs, while the kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and more. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The bedroom is another spacious area with a king-size bed, a vanity space with a lovely accent chair and a mirror. The sparkling clean ensuite bathroom is a delightful space. It boasts a bath with a handheld and rain shower, and a WC. There is a patio area at the front of the property with a bistro table and two matching chairs. Guest Access Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Apartment 1, Dane Court are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. For those travelling by car, there is a pay and display car park located a few minutes walk from the property. The property allows two well behaved dogs per stay. Please note a Ring doorbell and CCTV are installed at the entrance for security purposes. Interaction with Guests We’re always available for our guests, so do not hesitate to get in touch.
