This lovely flat is on the first floor of a two-storey building. 4 min. walk to Finsbury Park St. 15 min to KX/St Pancras St. and with a direct connection to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The Space The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential while being around 15 minutes away from the city centre. Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that feels like a home away from home. This beautiful studio flat is located on the first floor. It has everything you need for your stay, with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom There is a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels are provided. Living and dining area You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two comfortable designer chairs. There is also a 30-inch TV with Netflix. Kitchen The kitchen is the perfect size for two people. With brand-new appliances, it allows for a home-like experience and everything you need to prepare your own meals. It is well equipped with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Parking Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Please request parking in advance. House rules Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7:30am. Guest Access We use a keyless entry system for check-in, more detailed information regarding the process will be sent to you upon booking your stay. Alternatively, physical keys can be arranged for lockbox collection upon request. **NO Lift** Interaction with Guests Available on the app, phone call, if needed I can meet you in person. Additional Information We are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional price. Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning) £55. If stays longer than 30 days, 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience, so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house). No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. The washer/dryer is communal and situated on the first floor of the building. There are hours within which it cannot be used; these are clearly signed on the door. We professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets. We recycle and only use a refill system for all shower gels, cleaning products, and more. Please help us to recycle too. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 15:00 to 02:00 Check-out: until 10:00

No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
