Additional Information To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note that check in time begins at 15:00 and check out time is by 10:00. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property at all times. Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the apartment. For your convenience, complimentary parking is available across the main street. As we are a family friendly property, we welcome children and infants, but we do not allow events or parties. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in great condition for your stay. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
