You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. The living area is extremely spacious and light, with a dining area situated in the beautiful bay window with a Clyde view to enjoy the many boats and sunsets. There is an alcove which has been set up as a convenient office space for those who may need to work remotely. The 3 bedrooms are all generously sized with high ceilings: Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, that alternatively can be configured as a twin room, Bedroom 2 with a double bed and Bedroom 3 is a double. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. If there is evidence of smoking following your stay, there will be a £300.00 deduction from your security deposit. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NON-PARTY VENUES. If there are any noise complaints received between 21:00 and 06:00 from neighbors and other guests, there will be a minimum £100.00 charge and guests may be asked to leave the property. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE TO BE RESPECTED. If there is any damage, excess mess or usage, the cost of putting this right will be chargeable and you will be notified by email. We expect the property to be returned in the same condition as provided to you. Any illegal activity at the property will cause immediate termination of your stay without refund and we reserve the right to retain any damage deposit.
