Interaction with Guests We aim to give you complete privacy during your stay, but we’re always available if you need anything. You can reach out anytime with questions, and we’ll be happy to help make your stay as smooth as possible. We will send a guidebook 3 days prior to the check in date which will detail all access information. The Neighborhood The property is located in the quiet, safe, and quaint neighbourhood of Bearsden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You’ll find local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, along with essential amenities. The area offers a great mix of accessibility and peaceful surroundings. Additional Information Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January. For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fee will apply if this policy is not respected. We do not allow parties, hen or stag parties. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 8pm and 8am as the property is located in a residential community with many children.
