Spacious Victorian Flat in Heart of Finnieston

**PLEASE NOTE: There is no longer street parking available outside the flat** Quiet period flat in the Finnieston area of Glasgow's West End, on ground floor level, our old family home. Situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, St Vincent Crescent is set a mere few hundred yards from the popular bars and restaurants. The SECC/Hydro are 10 mins walk away. For those who enjoy more leisurely pursuits, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Huntarian Museum and Kelvingrove Park are also short walks away. The Space **PLEASE NOTE: We need to respect our neighbours above and below and therefore this flat is only suitable for quieter guests who will not host parties or noisy family gatherings** Our old family home provides a quiet, comfortable retreat from the business of the city. Accommodation for guests is on one level on the ground floor and comprises of 3 bedrooms (two double rooms and one twin room), kitchen, bathroom and living room. Entry is via the main door with four steps up from street level. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The kitchen has all amenities and small table. A larger dining table is situated in the hall. Basic foodstuffs such as tea, coffee and milk are available, as well as a few breakfast items should you wish to use them. TV and DVDs are available in the living room and WiFi throughout the flat. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire flat: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Interaction with Guests Both Gerry and I are more than happy to help in any way we can to ensure that your stay in Glasgow is an enjoyable one. We lived in this flat for over 35 years, raising our large family, so we know and love this area very well. We love walking and will gladly advise on places you might like to visit during your stay. The Neighborhood Finnieston has recently become popular thanks the emergence of numerous and varied bars and pubs. It is also one of the most central areas to explore all that Glasgow has to offer. The flat is equidistant from the popular areas of the West End , Glasgow City Centre and Clydeside. All are about 20 mins walking distance from the flat. The West End is well-known for its lively night life, with live music, great restuarants and bars within walking distance. The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, the Huntarian Museum and University of Glasgow are nearby, too. The City Centre is great for shopping, eating and drinking. Theatres, live music venues and the cinema are all within walking distance. The River Clyde runs parallel to Argyle St. and several venues such as the SECC Hydro, Clyde Auditorium, BBC studios, Glasgow Science Centre with IMAX cinema and the Riverside Museum are all within walking distance. Walks are plentiful and both the Clyde and the Kelvin river walkways are 10mins walk away. The new Riverside Museum and Tall Ship are located at their confluence (20 mins walk). The Waverley berths at the Science Centre.
