With its very own ensuite shower room complete with a rainfall shower, this would be the ultimate haven for you to unwind and relax. The plush and wonderfully styled interior continues throughout the rest of the home in the other bedrooms on the 1st floor. These rooms are home to the most comfiest beds that are guaranteed to give you a good night's sleep so you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The fresh and modern family bathroom shall become your sanctuary most evenings should you want to indulge in a long soak in the bath or enjoy washing the day away in the generous walk-in shower. There also is the bonus of an additional WC on the ground floor. The dining is all set to seat a party of 8 whether you're enjoying meals together or hosting games night this will be the ideal spot for an evening of entertainment. The cozy lounge area is home to a deluxe Large L-shaped sofa and Large smart tv, when you're ready to sit back and put your feet up with a hot drink and of course your favourite programme.

ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. If there is evidence of smoking following your stay, there will be a £300.00 deduction from your security deposit. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NON-PARTY VENUES. If there are any noise complaints received between 21:00 and 06:00 from neighbors and other guests, there will be a minimum £100.00 charge and guests may be asked to leave the property. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE TO BE RESPECTED. If there is any damage, excess mess or usage, the cost of putting this right will be chargeable and you will be notified by email. We expect the property to be returned in the same condition as provided to you. Any illegal activity at the property will cause immediate termination of your stay without refund and we reserve the right to retain any damage deposit.
