Our beautiful aparthotel is located in Edinburgh’s eclectic West End. This is where theatres and arts venues brush up next to fashion boutiques and cocktail bars. Haymarket train station is just down the road and the city centre is a 10 minute walk away. You’ll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes' walk of the property, ask our friendly team at reception for their recommendations - they’re always on hand to help.

Ground Rules We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. Room Cleaning There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter. Wi-Fi All our aparthotels offer complimentary, industry-leading highspeed Wi-Fi throughout all rooms and common areas. Check-in Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival. Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00). You can add late check-out by the hour to your booking for extra fee. Check-out is 11am, or 12pm for members (subject to availability). Late check-out is subject to availability and charged per hour, up to 1pm. Families We provide complimentary cots and high chairs. A fitted sheet is included with the travel cot, but you need to provide the rest. You can add cots and high chairs to your booking so they're already in your apartment when you arrive. Beds Our One-Bedroom Open Plan apartments are equipped with twinnable super king size beds, meaning we have the flexibility to accommodate you in twin beds upon request. The beds are usually prepared as a double, if you wish to split them into two singles, please let us know in advance. Sofa Beds Our specially designed super comfy sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room. What makes it Open Plan? As you can see from the photos, the apartment has a sliding partition wall instead of a fixed wall. This makes the apartment layout an "open plan". In case guests wish for some additional privacy, they can separate themselves from the living room and kitchenette with the sliding door Pet Policy To add your dog to your booking, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to help, subject to availability. The cost for bringing your dog is £15 per night for stays of 7-28 nights and £5 per night for stays of 29 nights or more. There is also a once-off deep clean fee of £50.
