Wash used dishes and place rubbish in the designated bins before leaving. * Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can put things right. * Use your allocated parking spaces and avoid blocking neighbouring spaces or access. * Keep the property secure. Close windows and lock doors whenever you leave. * Do not interfere with the exterior security camera or any safety equipment. * Follow your agreed check-in and check-out times. Early arrival or late departure must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. * Return the keys to the lockbox at check-out.
