The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed, which can be set as a spacious king-size bed to suit your preference. It is accompanied by two bedside tables, complete with bedside lamps, allowing you to unwind with a good book or enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. A wardrobe is also provided for your storage needs. The second bedroom offers another king bed, set as twin beds, providing flexibility for your accommodation arrangements. The room is furnished with two bedside tables and lamps, ensuring convenience and comfort. A wardrobe is available for storing your belongings. The third bedroom features a cosy single bed, perfect for a child or a guest. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with a lamp, and a serene ambience for a peaceful night's sleep. In addition to the bedrooms, this house offers a family bathroom, equipped with essential amenities for your convenience. There is also a downstairs toilet, providing added convenience for guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge with a freezer box, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine. Prepare delicious meals or quick snacks with ease during your stay. For dining, gather around the stylish dining table with seating for six, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and memorable conversations. Step outside to discover the rear enclosed garden, a serene oasis where you can enjoy some fresh air or indulge in outdoor activities. The off-street parking with a driveway accommodates one car, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience. Other things to note The beds can be arranged as either King or twins upon request. Please ensure you inform us at least 48–72 hours before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available. To enhance our guests' stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon their arrival, ensuring a great start to their experience. If these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
