Double Room with En-Suite in Earlsdon, Coventry

A ground-floor double room with its own en-suite shower room, in a shared guest house in Earlsdon, a 5 minute drive from Coventry station. The room has a desk and chair, and you share the kitchen, lounge and garden with the other guests. Sear Grill House and Anatolia, our favourite, are a 7 to 8 minute walk on Earlsdon Street. It sleeps one, or a couple sharing the bed. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more. The Space Your room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and chair, and a TV you can also use as a second screen for your laptop. The en-suite has a shower, with shampoo, shower gel and fresh towels. Sleeping arrangement: - Bedroom: double bed The shared open-plan lounge and dining room has a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a rice cooker, a fridge and a freezer, and there's a washer-dryer for longer stays. Out the back, the garden has seating for sunny days. Your room is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels. Guest Access Your room and its en-suite are yours alone, on the ground floor. The kitchen, lounge, dining room and garden are shared with the guests in the house's other rooms. Parking on the street is free. Interaction with Guests Our guest team is on hand throughout your stay. Message us whenever you need anything and we'll reply quickly. The Neighborhood Earlsdon sits just outside Coventry city centre. Tesco Express on Albany Road is a 6 minute walk and The New Albany pub is 6. Earlsdon Street is about 7 minutes on foot, with Gonzo and Nextdoor for coffee and brunch, Sear Grill House for steaks and Anatolia for charcoal kebabs (book at weekends). By car, War Memorial Park is 3 minutes away, and the Transport Museum, the Herbert Art Gallery and the cathedral are 5 or 6. Additional Information This is a room in a shared house: up to six rooms are let, each with its own en-suite. No parties or events: our homes are in residential streets. No pets. Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm. Everyone staying must be on the booking, and no more guests than it says. Tell us straight away about anything broken, so we can fix it. Before you leave: close the windows, leave used towels on the bathroom floor, put rubbish in the bins provided, and lock up and return the keys as your check-out instructions say.
