Our spacious home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable bed. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a superking bed and the other bedroom features a king-sized bed. The bungalow also boasts 2 family bathrooms with a shower, basin, toilet, and heated towel rail. Relax in our cozy living room furnished with two 3-seater sofas, 1 coffee table, and a 50-inch smart TV. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. The breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying a quick meal or a cup of coffee. Outside, our bungalow features a lovely rear patio area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, there are multiple private parking spots available for your convenience. Other things to note Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
